343 call up Bungie or better yet call up the king of large battlefield shooters, DICE, and ask them “is it a good idea to make a spawn point at a base that spawns you in the middle of the battlefield?”
Not the back of the base, not inside the base… but right in front of the base standing in front of the midpoint base. You got two side bases East and West armories then there’s the mid base (the big one) and if the enemy has that and you spawn in front of it snipers and longshot BR’s can easily kill you.
I got spawned there and tried to run for cover but I died, respawned and instantly got hit by the sniper and yet again spawned IN THE SAME PLACE. Where an enemy was walking in front of to take it over and thanks to the snipers also dealing damage on me gave him the free kill. I watched the replay and the snipers were actually holding their aim at that spawn point waiting for people. This has happened too many times.
