I think they’ll never put a game mode like that in halo 5 ^^
I wouldn’t mind the bosses taken out but flood it with low level Ai like grunts and crawlers turn it into a real -Yoink- show that would be fun for a double xp weekend

Nah, it’s more of a fight to see who can snag the boss at the last bit of health.
The I my bad thing about Warzone is that people will spend their reqs to deal a ton of damage to a boss only to have some guy come along and snag the credit for the kill.
Now, if the bosses had two health bars (one for blue and one for red) THEN it would be even. To see who gets the most damage in for the kill.
So basically… Warzone Assault?

Right, it’s warzone slayer. The win condition would be different from typical warzone, just like warzone Assualt and warzone firefight have different win conditions.
If you MUST have your 1000 score limit, they could just change how many points are awarded for kills.
Sounds like a bad idea because the first thing that would happen is a bunch of 12 man teams would coordinate and curb stomp randoms so then 343 would limit the fireteam size to yet another WZ playlist so all of the bigger teams would go back to BTB. And in an attempt to make it up to the big teams 343 would come out with a special weekend playlist just for 12 man teams, but only have it one weekend every 3 months.
Yes, I’m still very bitter about how they’ve handled WZ since the fireteam limit. The same thing would happen in this playlist too so I’m voting no on the idea just so it doesn’t suffer the same fate.

Agreed. Something small like 100 or 150 would balance it out.
Either way, regardless of score limit, I like the idea of WZ slayer. It would be good in terms of competitive play. Only downfall is that as mentioned, adding BTB heavies would be the easier (and more probable) thing to do when it comes to slayer with REQs

They didn’t announce that at all. They would’ve said that in a Community Update if that was the case. There’s also the fact that they already confirmed that they’re doing one final content update all the way back in September and stated it a couple weeks ago with the 4K update which is gonna be part of the Fall update(most likely coming out in November).

Well I’d love to get a link to that. If that is the case, then 343 should really make it official and state it on a Community Update instead of keeping us all in the dark about this new update whether it’ll have new Reqs, maps and gamemodes. Them not saying anything on Waypoint is really making people mad.

I agree. I don’t have a twitter so I’m not sure, I just remember there being a thread a few weeks ago with some people ranting.
