I bought the premium req pack and received nothing from it. I called Xbox and the told me to post it on the forums on here. I was just wandering if anyone could help me with this problem or if an administrator could contact me with info on what to do to get my stuff or get my money back. In short I paid $25 to receive nothing.
I have the same problem. It says I should of got 14 premium packs that I did not receive
From what I’ve read, you get 2 packs a week, for 7 weeks. Which is the 14 packs total. However, I’m not sure on what days you get the packs
From what I just read I have been screwed out of $24. I bought the limited edition of the game which came with the Warzone Premium REQ bundle. I was told that I could purchase multiple warzone premium REQ bundles so I went and bought 1. I verified that I was charged with that along with the 5 gold REQ packs I bought. I just read that you can only have 1 Warzone REQ bundle, AND I only received 3 of the 5 gold packs. Is there a way to get refunded for the Warzone Premium pack that I apparently can’t have and the 2 gold packs I didn’t receive?
I am having a problem redeeming my “Warzone REQ Bundle”…I bought and downloaded the deluxe digital edition. Game works fine, Warzone REQ Bundle says installed, but there’s not a single pack to redeem once in-game. HELP!!!

Yea the guy at gamestop told me I can get a bunch of bonus content if I bought it, and all I got was to open one gold pack, and that was it. Are they giving me more? How can I check if I’m still on the warzone req bundle?

Jumped on today any still had not seen my packs either. Played a rounded, earned requisition pack and boom, two Warzone premium packs were there. I guess they’ll be showing up every week now.
I tried bit I still don’t have anything its starting to piss me off. Why won’t 343 do anything.

Same here…come on 343 its been over two weeks now, and we have missed out on a total of FOUR packs that we paid for!! About to be another week, and another TWO premium packs that we are not getting. Come on now do I really have to return this game?
