My friend has had a problem with his req packs not showing up at the start of the week. Me and him bought them at the exact same time and I got mine but his have not turned up yet, any solution?
Try closing Halo 5, then quit it from the dashboard. Hold the Xbox on button for 10 seconds until it turns off (hard reset) and then turn it on and relaunch the game. Check to see if this works.They will definitely come through at some point. Mines were also delayed.
There has been lots of issues with the war zone bundle you can have your friend post here not you so 343 has his gamertag not yours so they can look and see if they have indeed been delivered I ultimately had to go to xbox support to get mine handled as it did the same thing received maybe 4 packs randomly and they wernt in sets of 2 it was like 1 random 1 here and there hope this helps and he gets the problem fixed
