So I’m playing warzone firefight and none of the reqs are working. I can’t even use a level 1 ar varient and was wondering if I’m the only one experiencing this?
Are you experiencing the “Retrieving Data” issue? If so, try performing the following:
- A hard reset (Hold down the power icon until the system shuts down. Wait for the fan to stop, then turn it back on.) - Restarting your internet (Find your internet modem / router and turn it off for 10 seconds. Afterwards, turn it back on and wait for a few minutes to regain your connection.)
It wasn’t just me expirencing it, the whole lobby was having the same issue.
Quit the game and restart. If that does not work, hard restart the xbox.
What’s funny is I had this issue after I hard reset my Xbox. When I would start a game of FF, my REQ’s wouldn’t load for maybe 30 seconds to a minute for the first few games, but they seem to be working now.
No you are far from the only one having problems with no Reqs in Warzone games. Yes hard restart will work for a few games and then same old stuff.
I restarted everything, router, Xbox , wireless, good for a couple games then back to no reqs in game. Called Xbox support. Removed my account from my
Xbox. Then downloaded it again. Didn’t work at all and since support closes at 9pm my time I was cut off from any more support until tomorrow. (system just hung up)
So good luck, if I get some more info I will post here.
Funny thing is, the only time my reqs don’t work is in WZ Heroic: Attack on Sanctum. All of the other WZs I haven’t had a problem. So I think it’s an update they had did that caused this. Once in a while it also happens in WZ Heroic: Urban
343 wont even acknowledge a problem. I know Im not the only one having the problem but every game it feels like I am the only one in that game that cant use any reqs. Unfair and stupid.
343 Industries are aware of the problem. Their community coordinator has replied to someone asking them on Twitter. See here.
In the mean time, if you wish to add any constructive comments, it would be best to do it on the Server Report Thread to keep all posts on the topic organised together in one place.
In the meantime posting that I am also having the problem in the Support forums on a thread about The Exact issue I posted about, Seems pretty Constructive.
