So I decided to buy the 14 Warzone Premium packs and only got two. No where on the purchase screen in game does it say I have to get 2 a week for 7 weeks. This is highly misleading since I simply would not of purchased the pack knowing I had to wait 7 weeks to get everything. The whole reason I got the pack was to gear up now, not slowly over weeks. If I wanted to slowly get packs I would of just earned req points. Is there anyway I can get a refund? I’m not even sure I’ll still be playing Halo5 for 7 weeks.
Did you buy it from the Xbox Store OP, if so it does state on the page that you get 2 packs per week. This was widely publicized before and all during the launch in the preview videos, live streams and blog posts:

You use then in Warzone - you can access the REQ screen after you die and call something in, assuming you have the appropriate energy level. You can also go to a REQ station while in-game and do the same. For weapon skins, armour, etc., you customise your Spartan from the Halo 5 menu and select the REQs you have earned from there
