Warzone req help please.
I stopped receiving my warzone req paks around week 2 - but have played every week. Saw the pinned post that told me to post here. Looking for some help.
Yup same here man, been posting for months about the issue, along with many others and no response.
I’m working thru xbox support at the moment. Will report back.
I contacted xbox support because I originally couldn’t even post to these forums. As they were helping I was magically able to start posting. They did not engage in any of the req questions sent their way yet. Honestly I think most people would be happy to know they are aware and working on it. Pinning a Warzone Post that instructs people to post here and then not answering the said posts is counter productive to the fanbase. I know people will be very gun shy to buy the Arena Req Pak. Something tells me that since they are releasing that soon they must have a fix for Warzone incoming.
I doubt they will find the Warzone REQ packs

Well at least it’s something! Still we shouldn’t have to do this to bring attention to it, there has been more than enough posts on this forum for 343 to take notice and help us.
It brings attention to it from another part of the company. 
I also think we should all contact Bonnie Ross, Phil Spencer, Bravo and Major Nelson. The more people who do this the more awareness we will get.
Get some votes up - that’s my plan.
well looks like they are going to “Archive” my suggestion as its not a feature request. I gave a little argument back but I think it will be a dead end now.
Still waiting for a response - they “archived” my idea and said the appropriate teams had been alerted. Hopefully we see something soon. On the upside the Feb patch seems to have fixed the req system somewhat. Only one cold boot since then.
Any news on the Warzone Req pack issues?

Just checking once again to see if anyone has had any resolution from 343 on this issue.
Funny thing - now the Warzone pack always shows up as a buy - but then says I already own it when I click on it. Did anyone get any resolution from 343? Can someone in the support forums show I opened which packs as they do for others? The lack of support is pretty bad for such a big company.
