Hello guys
i bought xbox one halo 5 edition which comes with halo 5 digital deluxe.
i instaled the game and warzone req packs
for the first two weeks it was great and i get 2 req packs each week .
but as 3rd and 4th week which is this week and last week
I didn’t get any warzone req packs .
i asked xbox support and they sent me here .
as i know for warzone req packs its 14 and u get 2 for each week for long as 7 weeks .
but i only get the first 2 weeks and after that I didn’t get anything .
please help me .
have the exact same issue…NOT SURE WHAT’S GOING ON. actually getting a little frustrated.

When did you purchase it?
You should start receiving two each week starting Monday morning.
I have the same problem, i bought the xbox one halo 5 edition which comes with halo 5 digital deluxe and only the two first weeks gave me the packs but now I not recive anithing, I don’t know what can i do or someone of 343 helped me.
Pheewww, I tought I was alone. I paid 280$ for this -Yoinking!- game and cant have my packs.

have the same problem, i bought halo 5 deluxe, we have to wait until someone of 343 help us?

Looks like no one cares 
Yeah I just bought the pack separately four days ago, and it’s been two says since it has worked… Anyone have a solution to this? I’d rather get the content I paid for than call my bank and reverse the charges.

The Warzone REQ Bundle grants two Premium REQ Packs every week that you log in for 7 weeks, totaling in 14 REQ Packs.
Our records show that the gamertags: zaraktus, LeRyanK, KURITO30, sgt lagace, and DanielElMejor have all received and opened their 14 Premium REQ Packs.
Additionally, our records show that barf15 has received all 14 Premium REQ Packs but has only opened 10 of them. There should be 4 Premium REQ Packs in your Open Packs section in-game. Additionally, if you’d like to verify from a computer or mobile device, you can verify that they are in your HaloWaypoint.com Unopened Packs page. If this is not the case, please reply in this thread.
Detton Verdain has received and opened 4 Premium REQ Packs. As stated above, the Warzone REQ Bundle grants two Premium REQ Packs every week that you log in for 7 weeks, totaling in 14 REQ Packs. Over the next 5 weeks, you should continue to receive your remaining 10 Premium REQ Packs. If this is not the case, please reply in this thread.

Thanks for the answer, As you say, I have 4 Premium REQ Packs in your Open Packs section in-game. However, I am sure I have just open 6 Packs, not 10, I´m completly sure about that, So the 10 that probably you see in your system are the Packs that I have received in total. There is something I can do to resolve this?
Sorry guys but you said I had it all already, but I only got 2/7 weeks of the pack. There’s something wrong somewhere 
I tried the xbox support but Nothing was helping. Did they stack? Because I missed one week. And for the record, I didnt buy it, it came with my legendary edition. Please 343, this isnt pleasant at all, I need some help. Thanks !

Lets see if it’ll actually let me post this time… Its been well over 7 weeks and I only got 2 of the 7 weeks worth of packs. After the second week they just stopped showing up. The option to buy the bundle showed up briefly yesterday but it said It was already installed and that didn’t do anything either
Welcome to the (very non-exlusive) missing req pack club. Sorry, but there does not seem to be any way to LEAVE the club. At least you got a response though!
