I too am having the issue of not getting all of the packs. I already opened a case with Xbox Support, just to be on the safe side and have all documentation that may be needed. I cannot remember receiving a few weeks worth now. The purchase date even lines up 7 weeks, but nothing for at least 2 weeks now, essentially cutting short.
