I have purchased the limited edition bundle in December 2016 and it says I am supposed to receive 2 of these REQ things a week until I have obtained 14 total. But so far, I had only gotten 4. I have contacted Microsoft, but they told me to come here, saying they were unable to know if I had truly not received them. I was told to provide a case number with the post. 1376199221
