I recently bought the Halo 5 guardians controller and with that got a code for a warzone Req pack, i entered it correctly and have waited over a week to get my packs with still nothing, it continues to state that i have purchased it and to find it among my games and apps, i have even uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing has worked thus far. A fix for this would be much appreciated.
Honestly many people have been having similar issues with other packs, i just think the system has diffculty processing so many requests between all the promotional packs, people buying packs, and earning packs. I’m sorry you’re one the of people who got the short end, but heres hoping you get something extra for your troubles.
That would be nice but just my packs would make me happy enough and thanks for the response, its comforting and worrying to know that im not the only person with this issue
Im missing two packs. I would be utterly furious if I was missing all of them, though. Here’s to you finding a fix. It seems 343 is NOT responding as well as they should for these things.
