Warzone Req packs missing

Hi for the past week or so I haven’t received my warzone req packs. I talked with xbox customer support, went through all their trouble shooting and then they told me that they couldn’t help me any further and to ask here for help. I received 4 to 5 weeks worth of req packs but i haven’t received any more since. Please help.

unfortunately you might be waiting a LONG time for help. There is a lot of us and they don’t answer our threads much. Been waiting for quite some time…
