Warzone Req pack

I’m one of the people who’d bought the limited edition at launch, and paid for a warzone req pack (through the xbox website). I’d messaged Microsoft support directly about it, and was only pointed towards these forum today. I never received an XBL message, and was hoping for help. They suggested posting here regarding it. I’m not sure what information to include elsewise.

Edit: I realize there’s a sticky thread about this, but since my purchase was late november I think I count as one of the exceptions.

Is there another way to contact customer service for this? Or to be contacted back?
