Warzone req pack won't work please help

I bought the warzone req pack and it doesn’t work when I click on it says Thanks for purchasing it and nothing else happens after that

Same here but I got my first 2 on the day I checked the day after I didn’t get my mother 2 as it says 14 premium req packs and you get 2 a day for 1 whole week.
