warzone req pack token

while back I received a warzone req pack token card. I owned warzone req pack before so figured I would use this one given to me I put in the code on my x1 everything worked fine even but never have received one warzone req pack two a week. It has been over 3 weeks now…
I have called Xbox live and they told me to contact 343 even Gave me a number to call
but cannot since I am in Canada.

Please help

Saw you posted this issue in another thread. Please don’t post twice on the same issue. Anyways, every account can only get 1 Warzone REQ Bundle. Trying to purchase or redeem a second Bundle will not work. You can read more about it here.
