Warzone Req pack this week not there

I loaded into halo this week expecting my two warzone reqs per usual went into requisitions saw the shadows of what would be the warzone req bundles loading then the splash screen for the christmas stuff came up when i backed out to see my requisitions they were gone i’ve tried reloading coming back in starting in offline then back to online nothing works … so am i just out of warzone req’s this week what’s the process 343?

Seems to be happening on a massive scale I have the same problem.

If you guys redeemed your bundle before or at the launch of Halo 5 then you will have received all 14 packs as of last Monday, packs were 2 per week for 7 weeks. If you redeemed after launch, can you say when you first redeemed the pack / how many packs you have redeemed so far?

Every monday I receive 2 req packs from the warzone req bundle I redeemed the same week the game launched. Only this Monday I received nothing. Not sure if something is wrong or it has ended. Unable to purchase another one. Anyone help?

It’s been 7 Tuesdays since Halo 5 launched, that’s it for day-one warzone packs.

Thabks for the reply. So Its ran out. I want to purchase another one, it’s not available in req store. Do I have to uninstall the present req bundle to allow me to purchase a new one?

You can only redeem one bundle per account, so if you’ve used yours already you can’t purchase / redeem a second one

So you’re saying I can not get another warzone req bundle because I’ve already had and finished my one? They can make another 20£ off me

That’s correct, the Premium Bundle is a once only deal. They will more than likely offer up some other promotional packs, like they did with the HCS one

The Microsoft Store still let’s you buy it even if you already had it day one. If it’s only a 1 time purchase and unlocked aother one after the first 7 weeks was up is there a way to get a refunded?

343 will be contacting those who have redeemed more than 1 bundle. They posted yesterday / the day before that they know who players are, so I imagine it won’t be long until you hear something from them about it :slight_smile:

Good to hear just realized it had been seven weeks since halo 5 launch was so mad that I didn’t get my req packs this week when come to find out its been seven weeks lmao. But any ways I hope to hear something soon cause I bought two warzone packs. :frowning: Also the new packs don’t show up on my account. … any ideas why?

As stated above, you can’t redeem more than one bundle to your account. If you have, you won’t get any more packs. 343 will be in contact with you about it soon

I haven’t received received my 7th pair of packs yet, and I started getting Warzone packs at launch. I know it’s been 7 weeks, but I actually didn’t receive anything the second week. I got 2 packs at launch, and didn’t get anything the second week. I started getting packs again on the third week, but haven’t received what should have been my last pair of packs this week.

Although, with final exams, I may not have played Halo this past week if that has any effect?
I didn’t open my 6th pair of packs either, so they remained in my inventory.
Since I missed receiving packs, I’ve been keeping track of how many and what weeks I received them. It’s as follows:
1st pair: October 27
2nd pair: November 9 (third week after launch)
3rd pair: November 16
4th pair: November 23
5th pair: November 30
6th pair: December 7 (unopened, still in inventory)

Perhaps I’ll receive my final pair next week, but I’m worried I won’t receive it.
Is there anything that can be done?

As a follow up to my original question i never recieved all 14 packs i got 12 packs i skipped last weeks opening as i said mine were loading up "2 blank card slots with green lines under and a small white triangles " and the splash screen for the holiday thing popped up when i backed out of the splash screen the reqs for this week “im assuming” were gone so is that a microsoft ? 343… xbox live iunno im just trying to figure out how to get my last two packs that seemingly glitched out of existence

Was more talking about the packs from the ones that replaced the Warzone packs.

I purchased my Warzone pack on my birthday as a gift to myself (I got some cash as a present), so it was 11/17, and I confirmed that through my bank statement. I should have gotten two packs this week and two more this coming week.

I’m sure they’ll show up, but just to throw in that there are some of us who got it later and should still be getting them.

Is there any new info about when 343 will be contacting the people who bought a second bundle?
