I bought the limited edition. Installed everything, including codes. Open warzone req packs and nothing happened. Promotional monster and preorder packs worked but my warzone packs did not. Now they are not showing up and I feel cheated. Also 2 level packs didn’t show any items when opened. Anyone else having this issue. Can anyone
fix this for me and get me my items. Thanks everyone
Same problem as you, cant open my warzone packs, but they are there.

Have you attempted to open them from the website here? Just go to your Halo 5 Service Record and go to Requisitions from there. You should be able to open any pending packs.

They dont appear neither in the shop or “open pack”, in the game they are in the shop they dont do nothing
I have the same problem, I got the legendary edition, all the other packs, but the Warzone REQ packs don’t. At first they wouldn’t even open, now when I try they don’t even show up. The game tells me I already bought them, and that the code is installed, but no packs. :-/

Same thing it opened and I got nothing. Packs are gone and codes showed used. No increase in items and definitely no new permanent gear. Checked each area thoroughly. We both paid a lot and aren’t getting our items. Warzone packs didn’t work. 2 level up packs didn’t work but all promo packs from energy drinks worked

Not showing up there. Thanks for the tip though but it didn’t work. It has to be a error on the developers side
Anyone figure this out yet?
I was talking with a Microsoft Rep earlier to help me fix my DLC and he had said that Halo 5 was flagged for having DLC issues. Maybe DLC and the REQ system arent interacting properly atm.
Still haven’t been able to open mine either.
Shows I have them and acts like it will open, but tells me to go to games and apps to access.
Yeah maybe there is a known bug but this sucks. I wish someone representing Microsoft would post a answer
I’m in the same boat as you guys, I have the Digital Deluxe Edition and Warzone pack doesn’t work.
