I purchased the Warzone Req pack and haven’t had any issues until last night. After I opened them and looked at what I got when I went into the collection screen 1 item from each pack was missing. I was missing a helmet and an ultra rare BR that I had received in the packs. I only looked at them briefly and dont remember what their names were exactly but I know they weren’t in my collection of items afterward.
How do I go about getting those back or am I screwed?
