Hello, sorry to be contacting you on these circumstances, but I purchased a Warzone Req Pack bundle shortly after buying Halo 5 Gaurdians. And I was aware I was supposed to get 14 req packs, But I only remember opening like 6. Could you please help me on getting the 8 that I was supposed to get. Oh and if you need any other information, please let me know. I contacted Xbox Live Support and they are aware of the issue. So they led me to your direction.
