Warzone REQ Pack Issue

Hello 343i,

I purchase Halo 5 before the launch and it should had come with the Warzone REQ Pack but it never did. I try to uninstall and reinstall it several times and wait a few days to see if it will fix itself but unfortunately it never had. I would appreciate the help in solving the issues.

Halo forum team hasnt replied to anyone since 10/31/2015. we havent gotten a fix for this problem let. sit tight and hopefully we will get some info soon on a fix.

I got 2 Warzone packs yesterday. From the Description of the Warzone REQ Pack you get 2 per week.

That bites. My boyfriend finally end up getting his last night, I have yet to get them.
