When halo 5 first came out I never had an issue receiving my warzone req packs each week on the same day but once all these updates started patching, I stopped receive them. I’ve followed forum suggestions (i.e. hard reseting my xbox, restarting halo, signing in and out of my gamertag) I’ve also spent a lot of time on the phone with XBL support, they’ve said they’ve fixed the issue with the codes they’ve made me enter but it hasn’t and they have at last pointed me to get in touch with 343. Don’t know how to get a hold of them so I’m turning to here for help. If anyone knows a fix or by some chance someone from 343 sees this, help would be appreciated.

The warxone req packs came our for 7 weeks and you get 2 a week when your 7 weeks are up thats it
I’ve had the option to buy another one appear but I’ve been told (by official posts) that you can’t buy two of them…

You can only have 1 Warzone Premium bundle per gamertag. The options to buy a second were a mistake, you should be able to redeem another one. If you already have then 343 will contact about that soon
Sorry to dig this thread back up again but I’ve downloaded the Warzone Req Pack when the game came out and have not received any to date…is there a more official channel to reach 343 at?
