Hi Ive been in contact with xbox customer support and sent here about a Warzone req pack i never received
Last week i went to open one of my two weekly packs. I pressed A to open and i got a message that it was no longer available. I pressed ok and tried again, It was there but i couldn’t interact with the pack in anyway. I had no connection issues i was just waiting in a lobby for a game. I thought it will sort itself out after i have a game but when i came back to open the pack after a game it had disappeared. I have not been able to get this pack back and im 100% sure i got no rewards from it. The second pack that week, the packs the week before and this weeks packs all opened fine.
Is there a way to get this mysterious pack back or get a refund?
