I purchased the Warzone Req bundle separately after the release of Halo 5. Currently I received 5 weeks of warzone req bundles. I know I’m due 2 weeks more of warzone bundles but it’s been 3 weeks since the last time anything showed up to open. Xbox support reviewed this and agreed but said its an issue on your end that needs to be fixed. Please help. I spent money on something that isn’t as advertised!
I have the same problem, but 343 industries told me that in their records I had receive my 14 REQ Premium Packs, and actually I haven’t, Did you save your Packs in Open Packs section in-game?
