After finally seeing a post about how to address bugs and other issues I’m making a new post to see if I can’t get my warzone Bundle straightened out. I think I may have gotten one but I have yet to receive any others. I’m hoping to get the arena bundle but I don’t know if I can trust it to deliver all the packs. I hope I can get some help.

2 per week and sometimes you have to play a few games for them to show up its weird…
Yeah. I’ve gotten only one pack, back when I got the limited edition console with the bundle and nother another one since. I play many games many times a week. So there’s something wrong with my packs.
At this point I’m holding off…they can’t fix my warzone. not spending anymore money until it is,

That’s where I’m at right now. Not giving them another dime until they fix this.
It seems like a similar issue is happening with the Arena bundle. Its a shame they’d release another bundle before fixing and giving reparation to the people who got screwed by the first one

I know it hasn’t been too long but does anyone know where how long I will be waiting to hear back from 343?

I saw a thread with the same complaint that got an answer, stating that OP opened all of his packs and the thread got locked. The reply came from 343 but theres no way to contact their profile directly. Like that’s not shady.
It’s stupid. I don’t want to make an ultimatum but I’m not going to support 343i financially if this isn’t fixed. For everyone. Not just me.

I question if 343i really listens to us or look on waypoint considering it’s taken 5 months to add Grifball.
Also try not bumping your threads… mods don’t like it.
