Yes, and my go-to, Speed Booster, is down to level 4? Speedy Railgun Gal is here!

does the speed booster armor mod make a difference? i’ve never really used it. i usually go with upgraded thrusters.

You actually can see the diffrence but I think its not so much.

I like it better than upgraded thrusters since my personal playstyle requires engagement agility much more often than point-to-point travel speed (Upgraded Thrusters). I also think I more often encounter players who have become accustomed to enemies moving at a particular speed as they drift their reticle while firing to track their target, as opposed to situations that come down so evenly that whoever reloads faster wins the engagement (Reflex Enhancers). Since the former seems to be more commonplace in my experience, I go with Speed Booster so my mobility is slightly faster than what a surprised enemy’s subconscious target-tracking speed would be. Just personal preference. (Speed Booster makes your regular movement faster, Upgraded Thrusters is definitely awesome for sprinting maneuvers, and Reflex Enhancers make your weapon handling quicker.)
Do you have the direct link to this? I can’t seem to find it.
Edit: nevermind - Found it in “All news”
Anyways, It’s about dam time the wasp got it’s nerf. Shame to see that the answer was untouched, but at least 343i is going in the right direction when it comes to WZ PvP gameplay.

It’s also nice that they didn’t just move one “problem Req” around, but balanced some of the related weapons such as the base plasma pistol and base Spartan laser. Even if a Wasp pilot has a shorter lifespan because an enemy had a Req level 4 laser, at least that enemy afterwards only has 2-3 shots from a slow-charging laser and no Req points to burn for a while, so it takes a Req-summon source off the enemy team for a while.
I always wanted armor reqs to have different cost since they didn’t feel like the same value.
