Warzone REQ Duplicate Purchase--Future Purchases

I purchased the Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians Bundle w/ Warzone REQ in November 2015 and then purchased an additional Warzone REQ bundle in February not knowing that you couldn’t use additional Warzone REQ Bundles. So because I purchased it after January 25, I’m out the money? What a waste! Where/How was this information provided so that I could have avoided it? How am I supposed to know when you are not allowed to use duplicate bundles in order to avoid this in the future?

Same issue. It’s a shame 343 doesnt care about their customers more. They already got their money and don’t care about us anymore.

Hopefully they can rectify this issue. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on REQ packs and refuse to spend more money until I receive my REQ bundle that I should have received

The description on marketplace starts with: “Users may only redeem one Warzone REQ Bundle per Xbox Live account.”

That said, I think the best thing to do is contact xbox support for a refund. I’ve always found them to be very helpful. I don’t think 343i can do that from their end, probably need to ask Xbox. I hope you get it sorted.

As above, Xbox Live Support may be able to to help although they may also deny a refund as information about bundle restrictions has been available since launch. There are threads here, 343 have made blog posts and it does also state on the store page of each bundle that it is 1 per customer. In future please don’t revive old topics, it’s better to start a fresh topic for your issue unless there is a specific topic set up to track an ongoing issue.
