Let me start by saying before anyone bashes me that I am the parent of a disabled child who is very fond of Halo and has played the games for years. I am not very savy when it comes to gaming but do my best to help him out. He earns money in therapy and has been purchasing REQ cards with his money in the hopes of obtaining a single piece of DLC (helljumper armor). I did my best to research the difference between the warzone bundle and the silver and gold packs you buy through the game. A Gamestop employee told me that you basically get more with the warzone bundle. I had read something about a limit but did not fully understand and was told at Gamestop that they weren’t aware of any limit. All in all after earned money and birthday money, we spent $175 non refundable dollars on 7 warzone bundles. When I redeemed the codes nothing downloaded to his account. I contacted microsofts customer service. After 40 minutes and one transfer, I am told there isn’t anything they can to because they dont have access to the games servers. I am unable to ask gamestop for a refund, I do not have access to ANY of the content. The best they can tell me is to wait several days to see if it appears on his account and to post in this forum. If you have negative feedback, please leave it for someone else. I should have been more informed before purchasing the warzone bundle, however I felt I had done my due diligence in asking. I am simply trying to help a 12 year old who loves halo and wanted some cool gear and now has nothing for his money. It is my understanding that at least 14 packs should have shown up immediately and the rest over 7 weeks. He does not show any open packs in his account.
Hey what’s up. For the war zone req pack bundle. 2 packs show up every week on Mondays. There are 14 packs in all. Now as far as you buying more of those packs I’m not sure about. From the menu. If u go to requistions and then slide over to the “open packs” section they should be there. I hope I helped.
Wow this is even worse than my situation. Unfortunately, we can only redeem one bundle per account as I learned today. So I got screwed out of one bundle and you out of six.
