I had purchased the Halo 5 guardians limited edition console that came with the deluxe edition I was able to pre install on the 20th release day of console I think it messed something up with my req bundle as I had never received the 14 packs I love the game and the req feature is cool gives me something to play for but it has had a lot of issues I have contacted xbox customer support 3 or more times on the issue and they keep sending me here so I did once but then first I think I put as a general forum more for community not support so hopefully this time it goes to the proper people and I can get this handled

Me, and many other have had this exact same issue, even down to contacting Microsoft etc.
I have been posting here for months and have not yet had a response.
its clear that this is definitely an issue 343 more people are posting on here all the time, you can’t just ignore this issue and release another req bundle, I love this game and would gladly buy the arena tea bundle when it comes out, but I am reluctant to do so until my warzone req bundle issue is resolved.
This is the only way Microsoft is allowing for this issue to be resolved as I have been told by support that this is a known issue and as well they keep telling me they will fix it turn around and pass the buck back to 343 which is bothersome to me seeing that Microsoft owns 343 so customer support should be able to contact 343 on there own to make the customer do so much foot work is uncalled for the customer should have to do as little as possible since we paid for it and they are getting paid to resolve it I wish my job as a maintenance worker I could tell people I was going to fix things and just not do it well hope this gets resolved soon

I already have filed complaints with the BBB and was told they would be looking into 343 for unfair business practices. They agree that customers are being ripped off. I have been trying to get help from Microsoft support since I’m an ambassador but they said that they cannot do anything.

Good work man more of us need to be doing things like this to push this issue further.
excuse my ignorance, but what is BBB? I’d like to help out however I can in pushing this issue further and getting some answers.
Better business bureau doubt there is a lot they can do about it and it sucks that people have to go that route also a buddy of mine used to work for the BBB I can check with him and see what he thinks they can do. I think people that have this issue should at least get the arena bundle free but other than that Microsoft needs to refund the 24.99 people paid for this thing for it not to work
