I purchased the Limited Edition of Halo 5, including the Warzone REQ Bundle. However, as many other players too, I didn’t receive all 14 packages I should have received.
I bought the game around Christmas 2015 but didn’t start playing it until March 2016 or so. I received a couple of REQ packages in the first weeks, however, since quite some time I didn’t receive any further packages. I have to add that I didn’t play regularly and couldn’t start the game and redeem the packages regularly once per week. Nonetheless, I definitely should have received more REQ packages within this bundle than I actually did.
I realized that several other players had (or still have) the same problem. I hope that someone (maybe even 343 ;)) can help me with that and provide me with an explanation.
