So…I purchased the Warzone Req Bundle for 24.99. It stated that I would get 14 packs, but I’ve only received two. Now, I’ve read the post about how it’s given over 7 weeks…this was not in the description. I feel ripped off. How do I rectify this matter?
Hi OP, it always been the case that the Premium bundle was given out over 7 weeks. When the game launched it would have given players a larger advantage over others to have so many REQs available so quickly. You’ll still get all your items, ever Monday you’ll get 2 new packs that you can open. Did you buy this from the Xbox Store? It should state on there that it’s 2 per week

I purchased the pack in the game, not on the marketplace. To my knowledge, it makes no mention of this.

Annddddd this is what I expected. Zero customer support. “Just post on the forum.” That’s what Microsoft said to do.
