I guess I’ll just keeping posting until I get a response. But I’ve purchased the Warzone REQ Bundle and haven’t recived any premium req packs yet. Please. Someone. Answer me.

av bin looking around on forums and it look like we get 2 pack every week for 7 week and that are 14 pack my friend sed it every monday we get them coz i just bought the bundle and i was like wtf where my 14 pack coz i ownly got 2 for this week hope this help
ive been seeing your posts APG. i also hhavent gotten my packs. im missing out on all 14 and havent gotten the 2 per week like you. i do understand and am waiting like you. Sovereigns wing doesnt get whats going on. neither do anyone saying that solution as me and you have receiver ANY!!! As in… ZERO (0) none. nada… no packs. not 2… not 14. zero. Im sick of people telling us otherwise.

I haven’t gotten mine for the second week, but I have received my first. This issue is the most frustrating because people keep telling me that they don’t come all at once, however I’m missing them all together
Still no word that ive seen. Ill make sure to let you know if i see anything.
This req bundle set up is just complete bull. I was meant to get it with my limited edition game however the packs keep disappearing and whatever, but I bought it again from a retailer, it allowed the purchase on xbox live, and I’m still having trouble. Despite no where on the download card does it even bother to indicate this “Every 2 weeks” crap.
All I’ve gathered so far is that there will be no refund and no assistance whatsoever on the issue. They are really taking advantage of taking peoples money for this Halo game.

If you’ve purchased the Limited Edition, Limited Collector’s Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, you own the Warzone REQ Bundle. If you’ve purchased the standard edition of Halo 5: Guardians, you can purchase the Warzone REQ bundle separately.
You can only purchase the Warzone REQ Bundle ONCE. Purchasing multiple Warzone REQ Bundles will not grant you more REQ Cards.
We’ve also seen questions about receiving the REQ Packs in the Warzone REQ Bundle. The Warzone REQ Bundle does NOT grant all 14 REQ Packs at the same time. You will receive two REQ Packs every week that you log in for 7 weeks, totaling in 14 REQ Packs. You can find your REQ Packs each week in the “Open Packs” section of the Requisitions menu.

I’ve had this issue a few times and it’s becoming quite frustraing. I’ve bought the Warzone Req Pack twice now and each time I received nothing. I’ve even earned a promotional req pack and it too isn’t showing up. I bought the first Warzone Req Pack and didn’t get it so I contacted Microsoft who was more than happy to refund my money. About a week later I was being stupid and figured “maybe that was some error that might be fixed by now.” Anyway, so I bought the Warzone REQ Pack again in hopes that I would actually receive it, however…nothing. Still nothing. I’ve invested to much time and money into this to just have my money taken and receive nothing in return. I hate saying that because I really love the game and have been an Xbox gamer since the very beginning, but this is just getting ridiculous. All my friends get there’s right on time without any issue, so what’s really going on? I really hope 343 sees this and does something to help and possibly compensate me for all the time, money, and stress put into this entire ordeal. .
Tell me if I’m wrong, but quite a few people from 343Industries post here. Couldn’t we all just message them and explain/complain about this problem we all seem to be having? I mean surely if they opened up there inbox and saw hundreds of messages from people who are having this issue they would start to work on correcting the problem, and possibly compensate us in some way or fashion. I don’t know…Just a thought.
What blows my mind is that its happening to so many people and yet we hear nothing from 343 about addressing the issue. It’s pretty sad when your fans and commuinty feel so frustrated and used.

So how do we get refunds and such? Cause I’m not getting a response to resolve my issue after buying a second req bundle. Little did I know you couldn’t do this nor did it say you have to wait weeks to get any of the packs. I’ve got the download card and I can’t find anything like you have described.

Agreed, particularly in my situation where I’ve seemingly doubled up. They better respond soon cause they’ve essentially just taken my money.
