Hello everyone! 
I have the following problem with the Arena REQ Bundle:
I purchased the Limited Edition of Halo 5, including the Warzone REQ Bundle. However, I didn’t receive all 14 packages I should have received (which is obviously a problem for many other players too, as far as I realized throughout the forums).
I bought the game around Christmas 2015 but didn’t start playing it until March 2016 or so. I received two REQ packages each week for about the first 3 weeks. Then, however, I stopped playing the game for some time. When I started playing again in May 2016, I had two unopened REQ packs already waiting for me, and also received two additional ones in the following week. Since then, however, I didn’t receive any additional REQ packs which leaves me here with not having received all promised (and paid for) 14 REQ packages.
I realized that several other players had (or still have) the same problem. I hope that someone can help me with this problems and provide me with an explanation.
