It seems that I have a problem with a bug within the Warzone REQ bundle. I opened only 6 packs since the game has been released, however, in the “Open Packs” section of the menu Requisitions I have just 4 Packs, giving a total of 10, with 4 Packs missing, I hope you can help me, because I do not like to stay without these Premium Packs.

You should only be receiving two Warzone Premium REQ packs every Monday for 7 weeks.

You don’t receive all 14 at once.

I haven’t received any packs on any days since I bought it. What’s the problem?

It says its installed under manage games, and my code says its been redeemed when I try to redeem it again.
