I have been looking at the warzone req bundle for a couple months without buying it because I have wanted to level up in warzone and unlock all the packs as I play. I finally gave in to buying the warzone bundle because I thought it would be fun to open 14 gold req packs at once, instead of waiting for the time it would take in-game. As advertised in-game, the warzone bundle contains 14 gold req packs, but no where does it say that you get these only two at a time every week. If I would have known this fact, I don’t think I would have bought the pack. I am upset about this and I think that you should advertise exactly how long of a time period customers must wait to receive all req packs for future customers that may be confused like me. Thank you.

Both in the marketplace and the game it clearly states you get two packs a week…
Theoretically you bought the item from Microsoft, NOT 343. So any inquiries must be brought through them.
Also, it states EVERYWHERE you get two a week. You obviously did not ready anything on the store nor on website.
This is your fault, don’t blame 343.
i was in his same shoes at first, but then i realized im glad it is spaced out, it gives me time week to week to try and unlock a bunch or silver packs to make my warzone bundle packs more worth while since i knock out some of the BS common and uncommon items
