I bought the Warzone bundle about 3 or 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and ever since the forge update I have stopped getting my packs so I literally gave up on Halo.
When you say it stopped working, do you mean you haven’t been getting the packs or something else? It’s possible that they may not be showing up in-game for some reason. Try looking at your Req packs here. Go to your user profile, then your Halo 5 service record, then click the Requisitions tab and see if there are any unopened packs.
That’s a rather insecure reason to give up on Halo. How about contacting 343 Support instead?

i believe it ive heard this numerous times and it is highly unlikely they are all incompetent. As for a solution man idk ive seen so many forums about this and people never can get a answer or fix on it. Id probably quit if i spent that much on digital items and didn’t get them. Why i wouldn’t ever purchase something like that. Sorry to hear that gl to you. Just need to keep trying.

Don’t be hasty. You probably already got your 14 packs (2 per week for 7 weeks), and so it’s done.

The answer is literally posted right above you. I’m pretty sure there is no fix because there is no problem in the first place.

ya your weeks are up. it only last 7 weeks and according to when you bought it, you ran out of weeks and therefore got everything that was promised to you.

So you’re telling me 6 packs are 14? No I never got them all every week I went to a friends house and they witnessed me opening the packs after seeing what happened to me they decided not to buy the bundle cause it was a waste.
