Warzone req bundle: req error

good day,

I purchased the warzone req bundle. I used the code on may 6th my last two req packs came on this Monday. I opened the first one and got a quick flash reds colored req error. then a match I was waiting for started. I checked after to see if the pack was still there. it was gone. I checked my armors and other customizations and received no reqs for the pack. I opened the other pack and it opened, but not reqs came through for the pack the errored.

I got on chat with Microsoft support and they had me delete my profile and reset my net work info. it didn’t bring back the pack. then they refrenced me to this waypoint support forum.

please help. thank you.

On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Thank you for checking for me. I thought the helmet came in the gold pack opened in the good pack that day, but must have been my mistake. I didn’t recognise the shark tooth groin ar so yay! Thanks for checking that. Very much apprciated.

Off to put on the shark tooth grin. Also great message back time on the forum, you all are great.

I just had the same happen to me with a MECHANIZED MAYHEM REQ PACK . I had saved up to 171,176 RP. the First Pack I opened gave me this same error, with nothing new in my vehicles collection. I then restarted my game and got the second REQ pack just fine. I’d appreciate any help with my issue.
