I recently bought a Warzone Req Bundle card from a 3rd party and was unaware of only being able to have one of them redeemed, which was the one I redeemed through the deluxe edition. Am I able to get a refund for my $25.00? Or at least a refund in the form of switching to an Arena Req Bundle?? I don’t want to find out that I’ve been legitimately robbed.
Please get back to me with some kind of answer. If you will give me my packs I BOUGHT or refund me in some other way.
[This article ](http://October 27 and January 25)states that only players who redeemed a code for a second Warzone REQ bundle between October 27 and January 25 will actually get that second bundle. Any attempts to get a second Warzone bundle after that period will not qualify. Therefore, you’ll need to contact the retailer you purchased the Warzone REQ bundle card from and attempt to get a refund from there.

If it is a physical card and you have not exposed or otherwise used the code already, it should be returnable. Contact the retailer from which you made the purchase for specifics on the return policy for such an item.

Had you bought the code directly from Xbox Store, you would have found that it wouldn’t allow multiple purchases. However, since you bought a code card from a 3rd party, there was no way for the purchase to cross-reference with your account to verify that you hadn’t already bought one. Basically, this issue was caused by your own lack of knowledge, which 343i is not liable for (since they have clearly stated that accounts can only redeem 1 Warzone REQ bundle). 343i didn’t steal anything, and you won’t get anywhere in attempting to take legal action, because no wrong was done to you.
Now, your only hope for a refund is to try returning the card to the retailer you bought it from (only the retailer where the purchase was made can refund you). Since you have already attempted to use the code, even if it was rejected, those chances are slim. You can explain your situation to that retailer’s customer service, and maybe you’ll get something. But 343i can’t help you in this situation, and they didn’t do anything wrong.
Yea buying it from a third party has nothing tondo with 343. You would have no chance at taking legal action on that.
