Hi! I’m sorry to bother you 343industries but I still have an issue with Bundle Req Pack.
I purchased the Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition and opened my “free” Bundle Req Pack at the game launch (October 27). I got the last two Premium packs on December 7 so I decided to buy another Bundle Req Pack for 24,99 € on December 8 but I didn’t get any Premium Pack to open.
I called the Xbox support the same day but they couldn’t help me. They suggested me to write to you in this forum. This is my second
post. I read your message “You can only purchase the Warzone REQ Bundle Once.” Well, I technically purchased the REQ Bundle Pack just once beacuse the first time I got it for free as Limited Edition content; but if i’m wrong and i can’t receive my 14 premium packs, i would like to have my money back, please. Of course I’d rather receive my REQ packs if possible.
Please answer me as soon as you can. I’m waiting for a solution of the issue since December 8th 2015.
As you’ve probably figured out, you shouldn’t have been able to purchase or ‘get’ the Warzone REQ bundle a second time.
I believe the Forum Team account said they’re keeping track of each player that have got it a second time and will be contacting you with further steps in the future.
