TL;DR: installed Warzone req bundle on 10/27 and have not received any req packs yet.
heres the details:
-purchased standard edition from Meijer at midnight (EST) and installed it that night
-downloaded Warzone req bundle same night
-also downloaded the fall of reach thing and 2 promotional req packs
-downloaded a 3rd promotion req pack from the guardians experience videos (assault rifle skin) a few days ago
-no accounts on my console other than my own, have purchased halo 5 or any of its content
no option to purchase Warzone req bundle in game
-can uninstall/reinstall Warzone req bundle without paying multiple times
I was able to watch the first fall of reach episode and received an emblem in Halo 5 for using the halo channel or something
-received Gaurdians experience assault rifle skin
-HAVE NOT RECIEVED any Warzone req bundle packs.
I I do not think anyone has used my account and opened those packs while I was away because I do not see any too exceptional in my req collection that I did not open myself from non-Warzone packs
not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what anyone else had this problem?
I’m having a slightly different issue in that I received my first two, but haven’t received the second two yet. I assume they release on Tuesdays, which means the second round is a few days late.
I got the initial set, and then I got two this past Monday, and I registered my codes on the 27th as well. So I don’t know what the timing is for them.
I downloaded the pack the day halo 5 released and still got nothing. I did uninstall the req bundle at one stage though so I dont know if that screwed it up or something.
I bought the warzone bundle and only received 2 of the 14 packs then after turning off and on my console and resetting the Internet it still has yet to come. I don’t know if its glitched and I lost 12 but my gamertag on my xbox one is ReaperMan720, please help

Hey man. From what I understand, you should have received TWO war zone req packs after the initial enterting of your code. Then, you should receive TWO more packs every week until you have received all fourteen packs. One thing I’m not positive about is whether or not you will receive the packs a week from when you first entered your code, or at the beginning of the calendar week. Who knows. Hope this helps. Now go blast some terries!
P.S. my roommate has entered his code and hasn’t even received his first two packs yet, so it seems to be a popular issue that I’m sure 343 is working on.

Did you buy/redeem your bundle before or at the launch of Halo 5? If you did then you will have received all of your packs now. If not, when did you redeem and how many packs have you opened so far?
I redeemed the warzone REQ pack bundle code the same day of game’s launch (27 october).
I only need the last of 7 pairs. They start coming from the 2nd week since game’s release so we are talking about the days of november 3, 10, 17, 24 - december 1, 8 and I need the 15th dec one that didn’t come at all.
Same here,c’mon 343 get a grip lots of folk paying good money and getting ripped and we hear sweet F A about a fix or refund you can check I know because I have already contacted Xbox live ,I would think the more complaints they get more likely to do something about it
