So I received the Warzone req bundle with my edition of the game, and i’ve been receiving them consistently, but this past week I couldn’t find the time to log in to Halo. I figured my two packs would remain in my inventory, and that the week following, i’d receive the other two in my inventory as well, for a total of 4. It seems as though this is not how the system works, and I only have two. My question is, will I be receiving the other two packs later on to maintain the bundle total of 14 packs? Or did I miss out on my two packs entirely, and my purchase will only amount to 12 packs instead? Really hoping for some confirmation on this.

They will not respond. They never respond. I only got 2 of my 14, and they refuse to reply to my threads.
I’ve not gotten a single req pack and purchased the dang bundle. Worst waste of 24 bucks.
Seems I have the same issue as OP. I asked on r/halo and someone said they didn’t play for 2 weeks and came back to 4 premium packs, so it sounds like we’re going to lose our 2 missed packs. It also seems like 343 isn’t responding to people’s issues relating to this bug, so that’s even better.
