Upon receiving my req bundle one of the req packs received an error and then proceeded to disappear but not before everytime I tried to access it. It informed me that I had already opened the pack when I received none of the items in it. I would like to either be reimbursed for this error so I can get my rewards like everyone else. And I hope that this problem won’t happen to any other players
Hey OP, when issues like this happen don’t worry you will still get your items. What happens here is that you skip the opening animation but the items are still delivered into your REQ inventory. You can check out your items here on Waypoint

I saved up and bought mythic req pack but did not recieve it. My friend backed out of search when I opened it and now none of it is there and my 80000 req points are gone. This forum -Yoink- is a joke too I might add. Give Microsoft Access to this -Yoink- or set up an actual customer support system.
