So did the Warzone REQ Bundle ever get fixed for those of us that never ever recieved a single pack since launch or has 343i still not said a single thing about it? I still have not recieved the content I purchased in the LE version so is this an isolated issue now? My fall of reach was never ever able to be downloaded to my hard drive it just stays in ready to install. I have tried ms support in the past, I’ve tried here about 4 times and I have never recieved anything close to an answer to my problem so I gave up and figured time would solve it.
I finally booted up the game after seeing the promo for the new firefight mode (which is pretty bad its almost as if they dont even play their own game to test these elementary balancing issues) Now it’s been over half a year with no fix to be seen so what gives? Is someone from 343i gonna actually give me an answer this time? To be honest I regard this as theft at this point and if there are as many people in the same boat as I as I remember back around launch surly some type of legal action could be orchestrated?
This is ridiculous to be quite honest, I have never seen incompetence to this extreme of a level and so widespread upon an entire company. Can 343i not do anything right? You make a terrible game and kill the series for millions of people and to further rub the salt in the wound they ended up ****ing stealing from half the audience and couldn’t even have been bothered to even peep a word let alone have any type of customer service. What a joke, the lot of you should be fired and the company dismantled… How legal action hasn’t been taken already is beyond me… maybe that should change… please people if you are in the same boat let me know, maybe we can build a case. 343i, it’s coming up on a year now… get your **** together.

You’re not the only one, man. I bought the LE back in May, and I still haven’t received a single REQ pack yet. I’ve tried looking around different places for answers, but I haven’t found one yet.
I preordered the Digital Deluxe Edition sometime in the spring of 2015. I have the ability to install the bundle. For some reason I go to the Xbox store on my console and it doesn’t even say I own the digital deluxe edition only the standard edition. I have a record of that transaction I made for the LE version. I lost almost all interest in the game once I knew I wasn’t getting my REQ or a refund.
Sorry to hear you had an issue. I bought the deluxe edition, input the code and received all of the packs. Important to note that WZ pack is only available once per GT so if you already had one another code will not work.
