I bought halo 5 digital deluxe edition for Christmas and it took me about a week to install. I haven’t received a single warzone req pack ever even though I’ve tried reinstalling it and resetting my console. I’m missing all 14 of my warzone req packs. And when I try to get it when it occassionally pops up in the req store it loads and says you already own this.
You are not alone it is fairly common problem.
I would email 343i support, but if it took a week to install the game that is a long time to download leaving large window for where the data could have been corrupted.
@RogueDingo11 One week is a normal download time as my internet speed is 2 Mbps. Best in my area.
