I purchased halo 5 back in october, and the Warzone req bundle came with it. At first all went smoothly, and I received my 2 packs every week for 4 weeks.Then, for reasons unknown to me, the req bundle stopped sending the packs. I waited, and waited, and here I am now, still without the rest of my bundle. I talked briefly with Microsoft support, but still haven’t found a solution. On my Xbox queue it shows the bundle under recently downloaded, but when I click it it sends me straight to the halo 5 req store, and it shows that I would have to purchase it again. What should I do to receive my long lost packs?

That’s weird because I have not opened all 14, I know this for certain because (1) I don’t have the mark 5 alpha armor , and I would if I had opened all 14 because the pack is supposed to include this, and (2) I didn’t receive ANY Warzone req packs from the bundle AT ALL in december. I explicitly remember Not receiving them, and I am still very sad that they have ceased to appear at the open packs file.

The Mark V armor is automatically unlocked from buying the Arena REQ Bundle. You bought the Warzone REQ Bundle.
As for not receiving other packs, does anyone else potentially have access to your console, gamer account, and/or Halo 5 game?
It’s also worth noting that you thought you got the Bundle in October, bought you actually redeemed it in September, so you may be forgetting when you actually started getting packs from the Bundle.
That is true, I apologize for my typo, all I know is that I HAVENT RECIEVED ALL 14, and I am very sad that I haven’t. No, no one except for me has access to my Xbox, or my game, and those that have access to my account have sworn to me that they have never touched it. I know for certain I didn’t open anything on the 17th, or receive ANY packs from the bundle on the 17th
