Got an XB1 Halo 5 limited edition console for Christmas. My game came with the War zone Req Bundle, but I still haven’t received any packs. From time to time the Green War zone Req Bundle appears in the store , but it just says that I already have this and to check my apps. I have uninstalled then reinstalled the game, but still no luck. I have never seen a War zone Req Pack in the"Open" portion of the requisitions. I have seen in previous forums that this same problem has been happening with other customers. Anybody have any solutions?
I and many others have the same issue as you, I contacted Microsoft who said its a “developer issue” and to post on these forums, so week after week I post my own threads about it and post in other people’s with the same issue.
after 2 months still absolutely no response from 343.
come on 343, at least acknowledge the issue and let us know you are looking into it instead of blatantly ignoring all these posts, we all pod money for these packs and are feeling pretty ripped off getting nothing.
I’m having the same issue. I got mine on launch day and remember opening the Warzone Req pack, but it was a one-time deal. I know I didn’t get 14 packs worth of reqs. I’d love to have someone look into this problem too.
I keep seeing 343 posting in other threads, but only to say to people “our records show you have opened your 14 premium reqs” well what about those of us that havn’t? I’ve never had a single reply from you 343.
I purchased the code and installed it in January 2016. I received 5 of the packs then they stopped coming as of 2/6/16. I am owed at least 2 more packs!

Pretty sure they ignore the people that legitimately need help to try to make it seem like there is no problem by only replying to those who (supposedly) have gotten all the packs. at least so far that is what it looks like.
I purchased the REQ pack 12/29/15. I don’t remember it saying it was for 7 weeks only. Now there is an arena req. I paid $48.99 for Halo 5 does this mean that after 14 weeks the game will self destruct and stop working. 24.99 for seven weeks? What a rip!
