I preorder halo 5 limited edition and with it I got the warzone req bundle when I put the code in it downloaded and it but I didn’t get the req packs so I gave it a few weeks still didn’t get it so I contacted Xbox support to see if they can fix it we tried multiple thing still didn’t work so I gave it a few months to see if it was a glitch and 343 would fix it but im still not getting it I tried reinstalling it and the game and nothing I still haven’t got it and I don’t know how to fix it im not sure if my game is bugged or the code doesn’t work but I really want to get it fixed also the halo fall of reach animated series doesn’t work either it says I need to buy halo 5 its under the same code so I don’t know what’s up with that.
