Hello. I am a Xbox gold live member who purchased halo 5 for Xbox one a little over a week ago. I also purchased the warzone req bundle via Xbox live store. I received two card packs, but the second week has gone by and I have not received my second pack. I hard reset my Xbox and uninstalled and installed the pack to no avail. I am a bit worried that it may be bugged or something. Can you please help me? Thanks

I didn’t get any f the packs and I have the Digital Deluxe Edition. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I got the first two packs on release day (10/27) and just got my second pair of packs last night (11/9). I didn’t get any packs last week though (11/3) and I was wondering if I’d still end up with 14 packs in the end?
I’ve only gotten the first two req packs (with purchase) on the day H5 was available in the xbox store. It’s Nov 9 now, and nothing still! This is unbelievable and -Yoink- I want what I payed for!
Bought the Halo 5 Xbox One, and to this day haven’t received my Warzone Req bundle packs. Not. One… Been 7 weeks and counting since the release of this glitchy assinine game, and I feel like I’ve wasted $500 too much on this broken promise of redemption for MCC, but no more, will not be getting any more Halo’s in the future.
I’m having the same issue as well. I haven’t logged in since Fallout 4 came out, and I wanted to get the rest of my Req packs, which should have been at least 4-6 packs. I only had access to two of them. Nice.
