Warzone req bundle not working

So I purchased the limited collectors edition of halo 5, which comes with the warzone req bundle (14 free req bundles that we are suposed to receive every week)

however i I am yet to receive a single one besides the very first one. All my friends have the req bundle too and have been merrily opening their req packs every week, while I sit there with nothing.

Anyone else have have this same issue? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the req bundle itself AND the whole game, but neither had worked so far.

I need to fuel my req addiction.

Try quitting the game and then doing a hard restart to your xbox, if that doesn’t work, contact MS Support
