I bought the halo 5 guardians console 5 weeks back and I’ve received my req packs every Monday for 3 weeks in a row now I haven’t got any for the last 2 weeks… Someone help me fix this plz.

I would file a complaint or inquiry with Microsoft. Try your console resets, etc. Is there a problem with your internet recently?
I’ve done all that and more… No I haven’t had any problems with my internet.
