Bought the REQ bundle for 25$ when the services were down unknowingly. Where’s my gear I paid for 343i?

Right? This is redicoulous if I just threw away 25$ for nothing. This needs to be fixed

Yeah it says I have the packs but when I go to try to retrieve them it tells me I have them already and I can go redeem them and when I go to see if they are there they aren’t. 343 help?

I don’t see 343i doing anything for us atm. They haven’t responded to the REQ Services being unavailable.
